Blessing Ngwenya

Blessing Ngwenya is the second-born child of 3, having two sisters. Ngwenya has one child. He was raised in Orange Farm in the south of Johannesburg. He attended his lower grades at Laus Deo Primary School, then later moved to Tharabollo Secondary School where he continued his basic education. Ngwenya is also a member and a writer for Sisonke Revolutionary Movement which is based in Orange Farm. He is also a volunteer at Rise Mzansi. He has awards for ‘Best Athlete’ at his high school.

He has written a few articles and is busy writing two books. In his line of work, he usually focuses on the principles and rights of the working class to be recognised nationally, not just within their communities only. Among the challenges he highlights in his community is the lack of service delivery. He wants to be the voice of those who cannot speak for themselves and encourage youth not to give up in life as there is a lot to fight for.

Veronica Podile

Veronica is a certified financial advisor with years of experience in the field. She has worked with a variety of clients, from individuals to businesses, and has helped them achieve their financial goals.

Podile has over 18 years of experience in the insurance field specialising in long-term insurance. The financial advisor has a passion for interacting with people and helping them find solutions to critical problems. With a strong dedication to customer service, Podile thrives on addressing customer needs and ensuring they have a positive experience.

She is a deadline and goal-driven person who works well with people from different backgrounds.

Nombuyiselo Zigana
Nombuyiselo Zigana is a 30-year-old female from a township called Lehae, South of Johannesburg. She matriculated at Daliwonga high school and furthered her education at Rosebank College but due to financial issues, she had to drop out.

She opted to seek employment in the retail department and worked for 3 years then after realizing that she isn’t enjoying what she is doing she went and joined an organization called Ekurhuleni Pride Organizing Committee (EPOC). The organisation deals with advocating for the rights of the LGBTQIA+ community and organizing pride marches and queer events, educating communities about the queer community and their relevance in society. In the organisation Nombuyiselo deals with setting up events and meetings and is very happy with the work she is doing and can’t wait for future endeavours.
