Dear Khanya
We know that the working class and poor in South Africa and indeed in our region and our continent are under attack and need to be resilient, resist and above all build organisation and movements. Allied to this need is the need to pause, reflect, analyse and plot a way forward. The Winter School is an ideal opportunity to do just that and refuel to continue and gain new energies for the struggles ahead. If we do that diligently we will both honour Comrade Oupa’s and many comrades’ legacy and keep their and our dreams alive. Bench Marks Foundation salutes Khanya for hosting the Winter School this year and giving comrades this opportunity to grow personally and collectively. Grab it!
