My name is Puseletso Lebyana. I’m the second child of five children. I’m the introvert amongst them and spent most of my childhood and youth with as little interaction with mates. I have always loved to help people and wish to be of positive impact on people’s lives.

I was born in Pretoria where I attended school. I attended college in 2005, doing a Personal Assistant course for five months then dropped out when I realised it was not my passion. I worked for Retail shops for most of my youth years, then got a job as a casual worker at a manufacturing company. I got laid off and decided to fight back at the CCMA with the help of the Casual Workers Advice Office (CWAO). I started attending CWAO meetings and workshops on labour rights and the struggles of the working class. Through that, I was able to find myself and my purpose in life which is to help people. Being an activist builds my confidence. Later in 2019 CWAO employed me as an organiser and through that experience, I was able to get a job at Khanya college as an organiser for Community Health Care Workers.
