South Africa has the best constitution in the world. The majority of the working class still face challenges in their workspace. One of the challenges being faced is a lack of knowledge of the Labour Act. When Casual workers were failed by traditional unions, the workers decided to organise and meet at the Casual Workers Advice Office to share their struggles. After a lengthy battle with the CCMA and Labour court to permit CWAO to represent the workers, the workers decided to start their forum where they can stand for workers from all sectors in South Africa.
